This position will be to assist in organizing our fast-growing business. This individual must enjoy learning new tasks and taking on a variety of responsibilities. This individual needs to be dependable, self-motivated, computer friendly, eager to learn general office duties.
Supervisor: Office Manager
The duties include:
Maintain files
Write e-mails, memos and letters
Maintain the MSDS folder
Maintain new employee forms to include Employment forms, job descriptions, employee handbook.
Update the E-verify system
Complete closeouts
Create/maintain spreadsheets
Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via telephone or e-mail
Communicate with customers on the phone, through online chat or in writing.
Assist warehouse manager in maintaining and organizing warehouse.
Assist warehouse manager in breaking down and preparing lighting systems for installation.
Report to office staff when office supplies are needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Expected to utilize excellent time management skills and be able to multitask.
Other skills and qualifications include:
High School Diploma or GED
Computer skills, experience in data processing, and Excel.
Ability to work independently
Hours of duties:
Full-Time: 40 hours a week.
Work from home and come into the office at least once a week or as needed.

As a tower supervisor you will lead in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communications tower and support structures. Tower Supervisors work irregular hours, travel frequently, and work at great heights in extreme weather conditions.
As a Tower Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day activities of a group of tower Technicians.
Climbing and working on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing any associated equipment and performing tower maintenance.
The tower supervisor must be the competent person on site.
Have a basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
Knowledge of hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load
Analyzing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action.
Communicating orally and in writing
Following instructions accurately and complete assigned course of action.
Recognize safety hazards and perform duties in a safe manner.
Act as a team leader and mentor to less experienced tower technicians.
Travel extensively throughout the US.
Requirements:
Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience or demonstrates the ability to climbing and working on towers.
Must be a well-organized self-starter with a strong attention to detail
Willingness to take hands on approach in leading their team through demonstration
Must have experience with tower mapping and antenna equipment.
Must have experience stacking towers and installing lighting and grounding equipment.
Must be familiar with the installation, maintenance and repair of lighting systems.
Current certification in Tower climbing safety and rescue certification, OSHA training, safety trained and first aid/CPR trained.
Highly organized and able to effectively report verbally and written reports back to management.
Must have experience running crews of 2-5 climbers and solving team issues.
Must maintain level of excellence in crew’s quality of work.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Requirements:Must have a High school diploma or equivalent.

Applicant/Employee weight and tools combined may not exceed 280 lbs. weight limit as specified by the manufacturer of safety equipment.
Applicant/Employee waist circumference must not exceed 60 inches measured at the navel as specified by the manufacturer of safety equipment.
Working knowledge of basic hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment.
Possession of a valid driver’s license. (At employer’s discretion)

Tower Technician II work irregular hours, travel frequently and work at great heights in extreme weather conditions.
Climbing and working on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing lighting system equipment and performing tower maintenance under supervision.
Have a basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
Knowledge of hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment.
The ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load
Analyzing situations accurately and adopt an appropriate course of action.
Communicating orally and in writing.
Following instructions accurately and complete assigned course of action.
Recognize safety hazards and perform duties in a safe manner.
Work under supervision
Able to supervise a tower tech I.
Travel extensively throughout the US.
RequirementsMust have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Must have 1-3 years of industry experience
Applicant/Employee weight and tools combined may not exceed 280 lbs. weight limit as specified by the manufacturer of safety equipment.
Applicant/Employee waist circumference must not exceed 60 inches measured at the navel as specified by the manufacturer of safety equipment.
Current Com Train or equivalent certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Certification required and will to be trained as such.
Must have minimum OSHA certification
Must have experience with tower mapping and antenna equipment
Must have experience stacking self-support towers
Comm. Trained, OSHA trained, safety trained, first aid/CPR trained.
Highly organized and able to effectively report verbally and written reports back to the tower foreman.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
